Mighty Men of Valor Recruiters (scriptural basis)
Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, was one of the two who heard what John had said and who had followed Jesus. The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, “We have found the Messiah.” And he brought him to Jesus. (John 1:40-42)
A. FIND YOUR BROTHERS: It involves actively (taking the initiative) to identify the men in your universe; email address book, Facebook, etc. Men, in your family, in your church, on your job, in your neighborhood, and every other man you may come into contact with between now and November.
B. TELL MEN: Personally contacting; texting, calling, writing, and emailing them with the conference information. If you have attended Mighty Men of Valor in the past, you are armed with a personal testimony about the impact of the Conference on your life. “Once you were blind, now you see”.
C. BRING MEN: Assist every man you know to commit to battling through life’s obstacles that may hinder or attempt to prevent them from getting to the Conference. Commit to personally getting involved in helping your brother crash through their quitting points and bring them with you.
Andrew was bringing Peter, his brother, to Jesus and personally introducing Him to the Lord. In the same way, you are acting as God’s ambassador and intercessor between God and the men you know; for the purpose of introducing them to Jesus and finding healing and wholeness.
D. RECRUITERS: You may be a man that can reach many men. You may want to be a Mighty Men of Valor Recruiter. Recruiters are sold out on the attributes of Mighty Men of Valor and magnify their efforts in finding, telling, and bringing 10 or more men to the Conference. Anyone who brings 10 or more men to the National Men’s Conference will be a Mighty Men of Valor Recruiter and eligible for:
1. VIP entrance pass into General Sessions and Workshops.
2. Recruiter of the year award.
3. Recognition as a Mighty Men of Valor Recruiter at the luncheon.
4. Certificate of accomplishment.
5. Discount on your Mighty Men of Valor registration for a future Conference.
