Refund/Return Policy

Registration Cancellations/Policy for Registration Substitutions:
All cancellations must be in writing.  There is a $50.00 per person fee for all cancellations received prior to August 31.  No refunds for cancellations received after August 31.  Your registration is transferable.  However, the transfer must be in writing and there is a $25.00 fee for each transfer.

CD Orders:
If you need to return a purchased item due to a product defect, you may return the items sold and fulfilled by Mighty Men of Valor within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. We will pay the return shipping cost.  Contact Mighty Men of Valor at Office@menofvalor.com or call 800-773-6011 for more details on returning items.

Shipping Policy
All products are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, which offers different levels of service. 

Customers within the U.S. must pay the applicable shipping/handling charges as stated on the cd order form.  Customers outside of the U.S. will be charged the actual shipping cost.

All orders received will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.  NOTE:  USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
